Last week I came home from the dentist, and my side felt like it was on fire (no connection to the dentist, I think).  Forty-five minutes later, I was laying in the ER waiting for morphine.  The right side of my body from my ribcage to my toes was numb and tingly, like it had fallen asleep, but could not wake up.  The pain went away after the meds wore off, but three days later and four MRIs (enough to do a 3D Print job of my spine and brain), and the Drs. are stumped.  Leg is getting better slowly, maybe back to 50% or so, and not so tingly any more.  I'm on a course of steroids for nerve inflammation, but no real certainty of initial cause.  In a month I probably won't notice anything was wrong at all, or I could have a touch of numbness for the rest of my life!  No idea.  But, it doesn't seem to be progressive, and no signs of any bad stuff in my spine or brain.

So I've still got a good leg.  If I lose my legs, I've still got my arms.  If lose my arms, I've still got Christ.  May God give me peace that passes all understanding to praise him in infirmity!
